Tips
and advice
1. Overcrowding you banquet hall will be stuffy and hard
to move around and even talk to each other. When DJ is playing,
it will be annoying. This ruins your good audience participation for
anything you or DJ wants to do. If you undercrowd you hall.
your guests will feel uncomfortable.
2. Having separate rooms for your party? One for bar and
one for the party. If you plan to keep your party going then
keep all your guests in the same room. Allowing you guests
to roam around will break up your party and send your guests
off to do their own things. If you are planning to have "FUN",
keep your guest in 1 room.
3. RSVP - know how many people you are expecting. This will
cause overcrowded hall in most cases.
4. Alway discuss your event
agenda with your Music Host to keep everything organized.
5. Make sure that you MC/DJ have customer service skills
including micorphone and ice breaker skills.
